What this site is
filmtranspo.com is a working transportation department: run requests, driver onboarding and start paperwork, daily times, vehicle check-in and check-out, fuel and purchase-card receipts, meal reimbursements, equipment planning, the production calendar, cost and call reporting, rentals, invoicing and payroll preparation, all on one screen. It was designed and built by a working transportation coordinator and is used live on productions.
Public pages
Pages you can reach without a login (the home page, run request, driver onboarding, times entry, vehicle checks, receipt uploads and similar forms) are provided for crew and vendors working with a production we support. You may use them for that purpose only. You may not copy, scrape, mirror, frame or reproduce them, or use them to build a competing product.
Gated pages and logins
Everything behind a password is confidential. A login is issued to a named person for a stated purpose on a production. If you have one:
- Do not share it, lend it, or leave it where others can use it.
- Do not download, screenshot, export or forward what you see except as needed for the production you are working on.
- Do not attempt to access any page, data or function you were not given.
- Access is logged. Logins can be withdrawn at any time, and end when the engagement ends.
No license, no reverse engineering
Nothing on this site grants you any license or ownership in the platform, its code, its data structures or its methods. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, probe, test or inspect the platform's server-side functions, database, automation or integrations, or use any part of it to train a system or inform a competing build.
Production data
Driver, vehicle and production records on this platform belong to the people and productions they describe and are handled under the written policies of the productions we work for. Personal information is collected only for onboarding, compliance and payment purposes.
Demonstrations and evaluation
Demonstrations of the platform are given on screen, on request, using sample data, and under a written confidentiality or evaluation agreement. Seeing a demonstration grants no rights.
